Curiosonari

Emma continues to grow. She has been trying to crawl when we put her on her tummy. She isn’t able to hold her head up but she has strong legs and a strong will. She also tries to hold the bottle when we feed her and I’ve seen her push her pacifier into her mouth when it starts to fall out. She is a wonder to watch and I get emotional when I see her sleep so peacefully.

Today when she was lying on our bed, Bart (our dog) jumped up and gave her his ball to throw. He doesn’t understand that she can’t play with him quite yet. But he always checks on her when she isn’t happy.

She smelled a rose for the first time this morning. She loves being outside or sitting outside the window where she can take in the fresh air.

Everyone tells me she will grow up so quick and I will miss this age of hers…so I’m trying to absorb every precious moment I can with her.
